Anchored within the Basque land, the design team digs in the roots of tradition which links them not only to the know-how of the company, but also to Alki's uniqueness.
Alki and its partner Iratzoki create furniture where environmental criteria are at the heart of the project. They create a contemporary universe of products and messages that are both eloquent and authentic.
The collaboration between Alki and Iratzoki and their entry into the world of home and commercial furniture begins in 2005. Through it strong character, the first collection, "Emea", represents the spirit of solid wood and reveals the company's know-how. Alki and the design team continue to offer a contemporary look via the 2009 creations : the KIMUA, LAIA, BIGA, ARIN and NORA collections that are like small concentrates of history and materials.
