TOPA: from Basque, Spanish and Guarani, MEETING POINT.

Famous Basque chef Andoni Aduriz, who runs the Mugaritz restaurant listed among the world’s top 50 establishments, created the Topa Sukalderia restaurant in 2018.

Situated in the centre of Saint Sebastian, Topa celebrates the centuries of history that unite Basques and Latin Americans. The restaurant offers pintxo, small snacks and other cocktails that bring together these two culinary universes in a contemporary way.

Alki participated in the originality of this place with its Kuskoa and Kimua collections.
